Mission

To keep up with strong growth, Bridor is looking for a Key Account Manager Foodservice to be responsible for all of the Netherlands.

As Key Account Manager in an area with strong development potential, you will be responsible for implementing the sales strategy within your client base for the Foodservice channel in accordance with Bridor's sales and marketing policy.

Main responsibilities:

  • Design the sales strategy for your network
  • Negotiate annual agreements
  • Develop turnover, unit sales and account profitability
  • Seek out new accounts
  • Lead, coordinate, and oversee client accounts with support from key departments (e.g. logistics, finance, quality)
  • Develop the current range of products and propose new items based on the needs of each client
  • Take part in trade exhibitions and events in the region


Profile

Graduated with a Bachelor's or a Master's degree, you have at least five years experience in sales and negotiation with large accounts in a food or drinks company.

Your are passionnate about the food industry especially in bakery products.

You will have a proven track record as a negotiator, adding value to the implementation and optimisation of commercial agreements.

Autonomous, rigorous and well-organised, you will develop projects and put your ideas into actions in an international and renowned company.

You will work from home with occasional travel in the region and to the company head offices in France : speaking English and Dutch is necessary for this position, French is a advantage.
