Your responsibilities

  • Manage end to end financial operations with a focus on accuracy and transparency
  • Oversee the full cycle of financial transactions, including revenue and expenditure
  • Ensure compliance with financial rules, regulations and internal procedures
  • Contribute to forecasting activities and strategic financial planning
  • Provide financial guidance and support to internal stakeholders
  • Lead and contribute to initiatives focused on process optimisation
  • Support the modernisation of workflows through automation and AI driven tools
  • Contribute to training initiatives to strengthen financial knowledge across the Agency

Your profile

Eligibility requirements:

  • Full rights as a citizen of an EU Member State, Iceland, Liechtenstein or Norway
  • Fulfilment of applicable military service obligations
  • Thorough knowledge of English at C1 level
  • Satisfactory knowledge of another EU official language at B2 level

Education and experience:

  • University degree of at least three years in Business, Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Law, Public or Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum two years of relevant professional experience
