We're looking for a talented individual to join our in the Netherlands as a Legal Counsel. The department will consists of a Director of Legal and two Legal Counsellors. To provide legal support to a wide range of departments, including in particular Leasing, Marketing, Development, Finance, Investment Management, Commercial Partnerships and Centre Management. * Advising senior on legal risks in relation to their projects and finding innovative solutions to manage and mitigate such risks. * Legal support in investment and divestment transactions. * Providing legal team training to the business, as required. * Strong team player – working closely with colleagues in the Legal Team (both NL and other jurisdictions) and cross-functionally with teams across the business
