We're looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our Amstelveen office in a standalone role, reporting to the of People in the UK. As a key member of the Netherlands team, you'll play a pivotal role at the centre of a fast‑moving, ambitious organisation, shaping the employee experience, influencing culture, and driving meaningful impact across the business. * Adapt and apply the People Strategy to support local business goals. * Partner closely and regularly liaise with the Works Council, including managing organisational changes, preparing consent requests, attending and being an active participant in quarterly meetings, and actioning outcomes. * Provide expert guidance aligned with Dutch labour law, best practice, and business needs. * Deliver People solutions across business units, including talent management and succession planning.
