We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audio-Visual Technician to join our team as a full-time, AV support specialist based in Amsterdam, NL. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise AV systems, video conferencing platforms, and event support, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional experience. * Provide daily hands-on support for AV systems in conference rooms, event spaces, and collaboration areas; * Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV and video conferencing systems (Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex, etc.); * Perform preventive maintenance and regular inspections of AV equipment; * Collaborate with internal and vendors to ensure consistent AV performance and uptime; * Serve as the primary point of contact for high-visibility meetings and executive AV needs; * Provide training and guidance to on AV system use and best practices;
