The position is located in Amsterdam, directly reporting to Country Cluster Leader DACH and North-East. * Oversee and streamline the country's hire-to-retire operations, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and aligned with company standards while respecting local nuances. * Lead project deployment for country-specific initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and alignment. * Drive alignment and effectiveness within the regional HR team as a people manager, offering leadership, coaching, and development opportunities.
