System Implementation: Leading the implementation of new accounting systems, including defining functional requirements, coordinating with IT and local finance teams, and ensuring successful adoption. The role focuses on ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting by the Dutch companies of the Group, in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and the Group's accounting and reporting policy. In between of the reporting dates the role involves leading the implementation of the Group's accounting policy, providing technical expertise on IFRS, and collaborating with local financial team on improving accounting and reporting practices with a focus on their automation. * Technical Expertise: Serving as the group's local IFRS technical expert, providing guidance on complex accounting matters and ensuring consistent application of group accounting policies.
