Advising and supporting, as well as independently managing and leading large and complex projects for the further development of our Salesforce landscape (focus on Consumer Goods Cloud) * Identifying and implementing innovative solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness in Salesforce * Sourcing, comparing, selecting, recommending and ordering—following approval—all relevant components of the Salesforce services under your responsibility or those you manage * Salesforce certifications, e.g., Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Marketing Administrator, etc. * Experience with Salesforce projects and their implementation, as well as knowledge of Salesforce development (APEX, LWC, AMPScript) * Experience with Flows and other declarative development methods or low-code tools on the Salesforce platform
