We're seeking a talented Organizational Change Management Consultant to join our team for multi-disciplinary, complex consulting engagements. Are you a master of Org Change Management combined with IT strategy and eager to make an impact on our customers? * 5–7 years' experience in management consulting, with a focus on organizational change and adoption — preferably in IT * Proven track record in leading and delivering external Organizational Change Management (OCM) projects within complex IT transformations * Deep expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci) Do you have a passion for driving meaningful change through technology?
