You'll work closely with clients, colleagues, and subject‑matter experts in a collaborative environment. * Manage day‑to‑day legal and administrative activities for operational entities and real estate investment structures (SPVs and holding structures) * Lead KYC/AML and broader compliance processes for your client portfolio * Maintain accurate corporate records and ensure entities remain in good legal standing
