Customer Care Agent Netherlands / Telephone Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) Dental Technology – 100 % remote possible 

As a customer advisor (m/f/d), you will support our Dutch customers by phone regarding our dental devices and assist the sales department with administrative tasks.

Your responsibilities

  • Act as a competent contact person (m/f/d), mainly supporting our Dutch
    customers with telephone inquiries about our dental devices for dental practices
  • Handle service-oriented commercial processing and administrative support for sales campaigns and order management
  • Maintain our inventory management and CRM systems as part of your daily routine
  • Serve as an interface between colleagues (m/f/d) in sales, technical support, and logistics, and our customers (m/f/d)
  • Provide competent and friendly customer support by phone (inbound) and
    email
  • Represent our friendly company as our “face,” offering professional assistance
  • Depending on your personal strengths, take on projects and additional tasks in
    cooperation with the department management

Your profile

  • Ideally, you already have relevant professional experience in inside sales, customer service, call centers, or a similar field
  • Ideally, you have training with a (dental) medical, technical, or commercial focus (e.g., medical technology, dental assistant, industrial clerk, or similar)
  • You are a communication talent with sensitivity when dealing with different personalities
  • You work reliably and accurately with administrative tasks
  • You enjoy working independently, are service- and sales-oriented, and highly motivated
  • You are proficient in MS Office
  • You show a positive attitude and responsibility and are a true team player
  • You have very good Dutch language skills and, ideally, good German skills
  • You are happy to apply your good English skills (B2 level) in speaking and writing
