GP Strategies Ltd are looking to recruit for a Training Co-ordinator, who can speak both Dutch and English fluently for an initial six month contract to support one of our key clients in Amsterdam. GP Strategies Corporation (NYSE:GPX), is a global performance improvement company and a leader in sales and technical training, online learning solutions, management consulting and engineering services.
Are you immediately available and have a LMS / Training coordination background?
This is a 100% customer facing role so you will be an ambassador for GP working on customer site, working on a well established account. You will be responsible, as part of the team of Training Co-ordinators for the day to day co-ordination and administration of scheduled and customer specific training. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager you will be tasked with liaising with customers to arrange training courses, indentifying trainers and dealing with all the administration and logistical details. Tasks will include scheduling and administering enrolments and working with the customer to minimise course cancellation rates.
You will also be accountable for providing feedback and evaluations to the customer, collating relevant data to produce written reports, inputting course data on to the customers Learning Management System as well as being the point of contact for all day to day training matters.

You will be enthusiastic and customer focused with exceptional organisation skills, a high attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and take great pride in your work. These skills could have been developed through proven work experience in an administrative or co-ordination type role or from your academic studies.
You must speak Dutch and English fluently
This role would suit someone who has previous experience within one of the following roles: Training Co-ordinator, Training Administrator, Learning and Development Co-ordinator, Learning and Development Administrator, HR and Training Co-ordinator or similar.
In addition you will also have proficient knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint and have an excellent telephone manner and be able to liaise with customers at all ilevels.
A high standard of written Dutch/English, a strong customer service ethic, excellent client management skills along with the ability to meet deadlines are also essential.
