Trade Marketing Specialist & Office Assistant (m/f/d)
in / near Amsterdam
Your core tasks
- Execution of the plan for optimized visibility and discoverability of Schleich brands, products and activations in-store and on retailers' websites
- Create and maintain the best-in-class product detail pages, optimized content, discoverability and activation execution, including owning the Bol.com offer feed and Amazon Seller central
- Execute and optimize the plan for permanent POS solutions, impulse activations out of aisle, planogramming and follow up with the HQ Trade Marketing team
- General sales support to Key Account Managers: Product information sheets, samples, planograms etc.
- Marketing support to Brand Management: Managing websites' maintenance and social media postings etc.
- Work with supporting functions within the Schleich HQ such as finance, credit, supply chain, HR, legal to ensure the best possible support and alignment with global objectives and processes
- Participation in Schleich and distribution partners' trade fairs
- Support the Sales Team and service customers' daily requests
- Day-to-day handling of office related tasks, e.g. manage the office, expenses, organizing contracts, team events, local HR tasks (holiday calendar, onboarding of new hires) and other ad hoc tasks
Your profile
- You have an HBO / Bachelor level education from Sales, Marketing or another relevant study.
- You have minimum 3 years work experience in a commercial specialist role, ideally also some e-commerce experience.
- You are well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.
- You can work effectively independently.
- You are fluent in spoken and written Dutch and English.
