About the opportunity
This is your opportunity to take responsibility for the management of the recruitment team on our Lonza account, based onsite in Maastricht on a larger scale. Here, you'll be able to use your skills to develop the team, to implement sourcing strategies and identify which channels your team needs to build relevant talent pools. Everything you do is focused on helping your team to find and attract top talent for your client. In fact, we'll look to you to be one of our highly respected Recruitment Subject Matter Experts and you will be responsible for managing the team and sharing that knowledge.
You already have team management experience from within an agency, RPO or in-house environment. Throughout this time you'll have consistently successfully managed recruitment delivery as well as helped develop your team. This means that you'll have knowledge of designing and implementing direct sourcing strategies using technology, and a strong network. It's essential that you're fluent in English with great communication skills, but Dutch as well would be an advantage, as would previous experience of recruiting within the Life Sciences industry
