We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to create and nurture long-term relationships with a designated key account customers. You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure customers are satisfied with our services. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with your assigned strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.
In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to grasp customer needs and to represent the interest of both the client and the organization. If you have a commercial and/or operational background with an analytical mindset and knowledge of our industry, we’d like to meet you.
