Sensory Lab Manager
Lübeck, Germany As Sensory Lab Manager, you will play a key part in developing the sensory capability at our new European Innovation Hub in Lübeck (near Hamburg, Germany). Joining us is your opportunity to lead a cutting-edge sensory program, which directly informs product development and commercialization. You can make a big impact on the Tate & Lyle business by creating, then implementing, innovative methodologies and best practices.
This is a hands-on research role, supported by a Sensory Technician (at times, you may need to work autonomously or with contractors). You’ll also liaise directly with our customers to provide cross-category commercial product support. The primary focus is Europe. However, as a member of our global team, you’ll get to connect and collaborate with international colleagues in other regions. If you have sensory expertise in consumer-based products, with an appetite to build something new, we’d love to hear from you.
