4Kraft is the owner of Kinderkraft one of the most important players in baby products in Europe. Our products have been around in offline and online sales channels since 2011.
Our mission is to provide young parents with solutions, which helps them to welcome to the world of their little ones easier. Our team of specialists works on delivering all elements to ensure safety, functionality and design of our products.
We are looking for open-minded people, who want to be part of the leading brand. Our headquarters is located in Poznan, Poland, however, we develop our team among ambitious people from all over Europe.
As Sales Representative in 4Kraft you will be responsible for development of sales of Kinderkraft products and expanding our business partners network for France and Benelux
Tasks that you will perform on a daily basis:
- fulfillment of strategy and sales plans on the French and Benelux markets
- acquire customers and expand sales of a list of accounts
- initiating activities intended to develop sales,
- assessment and development of sales possibilities
- negotiating terms of cooperation and commercial agreements, taking part in sales meeting, training programs
- monitoring and analyses of market data and activities of our competitors
- reporting to Key Account Manager
- cooperation with our Marketing to build the company visibility on the markets
- cooperation with Sales Assistant responsible for administrative support for you
If you have at least three years’ experience in B2B and you are familiar with baby products business, it sounds like you are the one, who we are looking for. We are hiring Sales Representative for baby products, such as strollers, car seats, highchairs, cots, bicycles or tricycles. What else do you need to be part of Kinderkraft team?
- ability to build rapport in business as well as excellent negotiation skills
- focus on results and problem solving
- sales competencies and business development awareness
- ability to take decisions independently
- good understanding of local baby products business
- very good English and French
- willingness to business travel around France, Benelux
