…be responsible for providing operational support for installed SCADA installations constructed and delivered for MHI Vestas’ wind farm projects. This will be done by proactively cooperating with customers and the Service organisation to secure continuous optimal operations and performance for delivered SCADA installations.
You will be working closely with the internal Service organisation, as you conjointly will be responsible for the development, installation and surveillance of SCADA installations. Together, you will also be responsible for performing regular and scheduled maintenance and service of SCADA installations, both remotely and at onsite locations. This will be done per agreements between the Service organisation and customers. You will also participate in the handover process from Construction Projects to Service. Finally, it will be your responsibility to provide constructive input to the continuous product development and improvement process for MHI Vestas SCADA solutions.
You will also be responsible for:
…has several years of practical experience with SCADA technologies, implementation, and installation, as well as knowledge of Microsoft-based server technologies. You must have knowledge of and experience with creating and maintaining technical documentation for SCADA, Network, Process Control, and data exchange-related installations. In addition, you must be an experienced supporter, who can provide technical support to users at broad and very different levels.
As a person, you must be a team player with an open- and service-minded attitude, and you must therefore possess an international mindset with a broad multicultural understanding and a customer-minded approach. You will be working in a dynamic and changing environment, consequently, you must enjoy a busy working day and be able keep up the positive spirit, even during hectic periods. Finally, you must be able to solve even complex problems for large-scale SCADA systems, and have a result-driven mindset towards mutually agreed targets.

Your primary work location will be either Ijmuiden (NL), Warrington (UK), or Aarhus (DK), and you should expect up to 50 travel days per year.
