You are able to take over the product portfolio and define the right USP’s. Working on new products is as second nature to you. In addition, you find commercial ways to introduce the products. Analyzing your products and that of the competitors brings you new chances and ways to utilize this as well.
Managing the product stream is a challenge you like to embrace. Furthermore, you make strategic make or buy decisions and determine if it is physically possible to develop the product. You take everything in consideration and decide if the product is financially attractive.
You are also involved in project management. Making mitigation strategies, which helps you explain your actions step by step and decide if the risks are worth taking. Working on business case developments for capex and identifying specific customer requests will also be one of your tasks.
The departments you will mainly be working with are Sales, Innovation and Finance.
Occasionally taking part in exhibition and visiting customers will be part of the tasks in order to create and maintain market knowledge.
