We are looking for a Pricing Manager to join our team. This prosition can be based in Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Italy.
What will you do
* Drive pricing activities across Continental Europe within the frame of a large corporation that may necessitate adaptations to the countries’ business models and IT system infrastructure.
* Develop and lead pricing initiatives across Continental Europe as part of Johnson Controls’ global Transformation Program.
* Drive specific analyses such as price benchmarking and price positioning to identify pricing opportunities.
* Identify and deploy external sources of information to use as pricing indicators or derive customized pricing indicators for the Johnson Controls business.
* Set-up processes and tools to systematically enhance the countries’ pricing capabilities and incorporate pricing information into business decisions.
* Work with Finance and IT to provide guidance and a standardized methodology for monitoring and analyzing pricing benefits across the countries.
* Maintain and ensure regular reviews with sales and operational leaders regarding results of pricing activities and pricing methodologies applied.
* Stakeholder management in an international environment up to senior management level.

What we look for
* Several years of experience in Pricing, Sales or Product Marketing for complex industrial goods and/or solutions.
* Alternatively, several years of experience in a finance or controlling position with close involvement in the underlying business.
* Market knowledge in the area of building automation such as BMS, Fire, Security or alternatively in the HVAC business is a plus.
* Demonstrated strong leadership and negotiation skills in driving, moderating and integrating teams and large groups of stakeholders.
* Outstanding analytic skills, a strategic mind and the drive to succeed.
* Strong command of English language, written and verbal, additional languages a plus.
* Experience using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Willingness to travel in a European context.
