Strategy Development and Execution to Maximize Revenues:
- Develop the Country Brand Plan & OP Plan for the allocated products in collaboration with the crossfunctional brand team
- Meet/exceed agreed local revenue targets and other KPI
- Drive development of promotional & non-promotional campaigns/programs to deliver on brand revenues.
- Support acceleration of new capabilities, including digital and multichannel marketing
- Collaborate with customer facing team to ensure implementation of agreed brand strategy & tactics.
- Lead the access strategy in close collaboration with our Health & Value colleagues.
Leadership:
- Lead cross functional brand team, including coordinatingof activities of the team, in order to achieve success .
- Facilitate open discussion and debate amongst stakeholders and build internal and external relationships through partnering.
- Able to take ownership an drive projects from conceptualization to implementation.
- Drive optimal tender applications in close collaboration with the Key Account Managers.
Marketing and Market knowledge:
- Keep up to date with marketing techniques and channels (incl. digital marketing)
- Active monitoring of developments in the healthcare environment, trends, competitor activities, customer- and patient-insights
- Maximize the impact of customer/patient insights into the marketing strategy

Financial Planning:
- Accountable for the planning, spending & controlling of allocated marketing budget
