We are looking for a Personal Assistant COO who has at least 5 years of (international) experience with a Bachelor education degree in Management Support (e.g. Schoevers). Communication will take place in English so we are looking for a strong communicative person, verbal and written. Local language and other European languages (Spanish) are preferred.
The remuneration package for this position includes a fixed salary and an attractive bonus scheme. The average bonus in the past three years was 15% of the gross annual salary including holiday allowance. No rights can be derived from this regulation. We also offer a defined premium pension plan with Nationale Nederlanden with only 1% personal contribution. In addition, you have 29 days holiday per year and the possibility to participate in our group health insurance with ONVZ, with a discount on basic insurance and additional packages. As a Personal Assistant COO you are responsible for supporting the COO & his direct reports performing a wide variety of coordinative and administrative tasks. To exceed in this role you have the responsibility to manage your own workload and identify and implement changes to improve own efficiency. You manage incoming phone calls and taking messages. This includes incidental press calls which need to be managed according to Riwal’s communication protocol. Besides that, you are responsible to manage emails of the COO. You will be his ears and eyes on the work floor, that means that you need to be skilled in prioritizing, reminding and reacting on behalf of.
