About the Vacancy
To support our further worldwide growth, we are looking to recruit a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) Software Engineer to join our team. You will be positioned to form a reliable colleague for our material handling equipment controls team.
What will you do?
- As a PLC Software Engineer, you determine, after a thorough analysis, the detailed operation of our conveyor installations and translates this into a PLC program.
- You use our standard software for this, but we expect you to always have a view to extending and improving these standards.
- You are also responsible for the testing of the software at our office and remote support to the commissioners onsite during implementation.
- You also support and manage change requests from our existing warehouses.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a young professional (max. 4 years of work experience). In addition:
- You have Bachelor degree with knowledge of writing PLC software (Siemens TIA Portal)
- You want to learn everything there is to know about PLC Software
- The application of high-tech solutions in industrial environments interests you
- Taking responsibility is natural to you and you share your passion easily
- An excellent knowledge of Dutch and you can communicate effectively in English
- You are willing to work on projects abroad (20 a 30%)
