Introduction

We are a member of the international Radius-Systems Group and are producing pre-insulated pipe systems. More than 40 years experience in development, production and sales makes us to one of the largest market suppliers in this industry.

Due to the expansion of our production, we are looking for an experienced PE-Xa extruder operator to join our team in St. Valentin (Austria). 

Your tasks include

  • Setting up and operating extrusion systems for PE-Xa
  • Monitoring the production process and the quality of the manufactured products
  • Carrying out maintenance and simple repair work, adjustments on the extrusion line
  • Troubleshooting and solving problems during the production process
  • Optimizing production processes to increase efficiency and quality
  • Cooperating with other departments such as quality assurance and product development
  • Training the staff in this field

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in the extrusion of PE-Xa
  • Good knowledge of controlling and  monitoring production processes
  • Extrusion line maintenance and repair  experience
  • Teamwork and communication skills

Salary range

  • For this position, we offer a competitive overpayment based on qualification and experience.
  • If you bring relevant experience in many of the fields of responsibility, the salary will be considerably higher.
