The purpose of this role, is to lead, shape and deliver the strategy for our Mass channel business across Benelux, compliantly and in accordance with our J & J standards of leadership, all policies and procedures.This channel represents ca.$45M of total annual turnover and encompasses all retail customers including traditional food, drugstore, discounters and ecommerce for our entire brand portfolio of Self-Care, Skin Health & Healthy Essentials.
Key to success will be the development & execution of an integrated, holistic customer strategy that meets our customer requirements across both Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands as well as achieving J & J internal P & L requirements. The role holder will own the P & L for the channel comprising the key KPI’s and metrics. Additionally, the successful candidate will be an excellent people leader, focused on motivating and developing our top talent to fulfil their highest potential.
Finally, the role will also involve frequent interactions with senior global leadership to provide input and update to the global customer strategy.
Develop and execute (in conjunction with regional and global resources) a capability framework and create an environment where continuous learning and development is valued.
