How can we serve our customers and be of assistance whenever we can? How can we identify new customers and cross selling opportunities? Questions we ask ourselves daily, and that’s where you come in.
As an Inside sales representative you execute the annual Sales Plan for the assigned customers/segment, thereby realizing the budgeted Customer/Product sales volume at differential pricing.
The key component of this role is your dialog with our customers. The customers we are serving are divided between you and account management where your focus will be on the smaller clients managing the relationship by phone, email and online portals. We strive for a long-lasting relationship. You will be working in close cooperation with account management, marketing, TS, CS, and the credit team. The team is responsible for providing regular updates on market intelligence and competitive movements to the business and for maintaining and keeping up to date our CRM system (SalesForce).
However, You will start with an extensive on the job training period of six months in which you will learn all about our products and product types. In addition, there is a lot to learn about the process of sales and this is also a part of the training program. The program reflects the international character of our company since aside from having your training in Rotterdam you will also enjoy training in Belgium and/or Germany.
You will be part of an internationally divers team of around 25 people, each of which cover their customer group according to the languages.
