Inside Sales Executive - Benelux & Nordics

A new opportunity has arisen for the creation of an Inside Sales team in our European region – you will therefore be instrumental to increasing pipeline of revenue for an ever-growing market.
On a day to day basis, the Inside Sales Executive works closely with the European Sales and Marketing team. The team is jointly responsible for generating leads which lead to sales engagements and which ultimately enable the team to negotiate and win contracts for new business, primarily focused on the Benelux and Nordics regions of the EU and with some involvement in European-based campaigns.
Although the Inside Sales Executive will be office-based in Amsterdam, there will be an occasional need to travel to meetings at other company locations or to accompany colleagues in meetings at customer locations..
The position of Sales Executive reports to Director of Marketing EMEA & APAC.
The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for primarily supporting the Benelux and Nordics Sales & Marketing team with the following lead generation responsibilities:
Work with members of the Sales & Marketing team on specific named accounts to define and agree the approach including goals, specific campaigns, information required from Sales, research required by Inside Sales Executive, feedback approach and timing, and a measurement of expected results.
Timely follow-up to incoming contacts as requested. These contacts are generated from Marketing with includes trade shows, online, social media, referrals etc.
Qualify contacts and either:
Accurate record-keeping and updating in Salesforce.com, Stibo Systems customer relationship management system.
Other tasks as may be required from time to time.
