Job summary
As an IT Support Analyst you will be responsible for the day to day end user support as well as management of all Wintel Hardware, Microsoft Operating Systems, Electronic Messaging Systems, and Directory Services Systems.
You will be based in our office in Goirle and support Newell Brands sites (offices and factories) in the Netherlands, Belgium, South Africa, Germany and the Nordic region. You will also take part in IT Projects and participate in the wider support for EMEA region.

Job summary
As an IT Support Analyst you will be responsible for the day to day end user support as well as management of all Wintel Hardware, Microsoft Operating Systems, Electronic Messaging Systems, and Directory Services Systems.

Key responsibilities:
- Provide day to day support to end users both in-house and remote (travelling /home office users) together with a team based in different offices across EMEA region.
- Acting as the first point of contact for our sites in Netherlands, home office users in the Nordic countries and sites in South Africa.
- Install/Configure/Manage/Maintain the local Client infrastructure: desktops, laptops, printers and mobiles according to the Newell Brands IT standards.
- Manage/maintain the local server infrastructure according to the Newell Brands standards in co-ordination with the other teams globally.
- Manage/maintain Local Telephone infrastructure support in collaboration with the Network Services team.
- Manage/maintain Local Area Network infrastructure support in collaboration with the Network Services team.
- Manage/maintain Mobile phones for Dutch entities.
- Take part in global IT projects and initiatives.
Your profile
Minimum Qualifications:
- Knowledge/Experience with Windows 10, Windows Server 2016 & 2019, Active Directory management
- Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, VLAN
- Experience with file and print management (file sharing, file permissions, setup printers).
- Fluent English & Dutch (written and spoken)
- Willing to travel occasionally to other sites
- Applications: VPN, Office 365 Enterprise Suite, SCCM, Infoblox, CyberArk, Orion or willingness to learn these tools
- Knowledge of industrial environment is a plus
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and multicultural organization
- Pro-active work attitude, willing to share knowledge with others
- Ability to work independently while adhering to corporate guidelines
