To further strengthen our Team in Amersfoort, we’re looking for:

IT Manager Europe (d/f/m)

Profile:

IT degree (IT Management studies preferred) or equivalent experience
10 years+ of working experience with detailed contemporary knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, security, processes and software in Windows and Cloud-based environments
Fluent in English, Dutch and another European Language
IT management experiences in similar role
Worked as a global function in a fast-paced, growing, global company (experience working with international teams and languages)
Excellent project management skills
Customer-oriented, proactive and willing to take responsibility
Positive ‘Can-Do’ attitude, high energy, strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ideally lives at commutable distance from Amersfoort, the Netherlands
EU passport and driving license holder (able to travel frequently across Europe)
Knowledge of AD, Office 365, Windows server, web-based applications, RDBMS and ERP systems, especially in manufacturing environment, is a bonus

Key Responsibilities:

In charge of the full range of IT activities in Europe, including IT support, network, server security. This includes responsibility for the underlying infrastructure, i.e. people, systems, processes and procedures.
Manage business continuity and recovery of company’s information systems in the EU including needs analysis, design, execution planning, implementation, and documentation.
Coordinate with functional departments involved in system requirements, techniques, and controls.
Select, develop, and evaluate staff to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Manage full development lifecycle process for company in-house systems and play key role in defining the company’s information processing systems including movement to regional/global cloud-based systems and companywide ERP.
Ensure IT compliance with GDPR and local European regulations.
Be responsible and manage EU IT budget, in alignment with the overall Company’s IT budget.
Work effectively with consultants and vendors to deliver projects.
Ensure the delivery of timely, accurate and meaningful information.
