Workday HCM Solution Consultant, Absences & Time Tracking
Your role: In this role, you are implementing Workday's HCM solution for international clients. You work with all phases of projects, bringing your expertise especially to the Absences and Time Tracking stream.
You will design, build and test implementation solutions in collaboration with customers and colleagues. You make sure we are providing the best possible solutions by pro-actively solving issues, suggesting product configuration approaches and helping clients with aligning their HR processes.
Getting started: You have a designated Cloudpal to facilitate your onboarding program with us and making sure you have a great start. We will plan your onboarding based on your background: you start with Workday certification trainings (3-4 weeks) or dive into our customer projects with the support of your colleagues if you are already certified.
Your work in projects: A typical project covers 10+ countries and the average length is 8 months. Normally, you’ll be traveling 20-25% of your working time. You work within your stream in collaboration with 2-3 colleagues.
Leadership & Support: In the projects, you are reporting back to a Project Manager. Your own Team Lead supports your personal career growth, has an overview of your work load and makes sure we deliver a worth-while journey for you with us!
