Train Customer Growth Ninjas
- Prepare front line on new processes and how to serve customer
-Train them to upsell and follow-up on digital leads
- Train them on new product feature developments and changes in process

- Explore tools and data to design retention science plus Net Promoter Score measurement
- Make data available for front line to follow-up with inactive customers and Detractors
- Design process to funnel constant feedback from customer to product teams
