The AkzoNobel Security Manager is part of the Global Health, Safety and Security (HS&S) Team.
The Security Manager will lead, as knowledge expert, the company's security strategy, and best in class programs and processes with regard to facilities/asset security, cyber security, personnel security, travel security, IP security and will participate in the crisis management team, in order to ensure the company’s security pillars are adequately addressed and managed.
Level of autonomy
Develops company proposal for Security vision and strategy, aligned with company and the HS&S strategy. Has a significant contribution to the Security agenda 5 years ahead and beyond in order to achieve leading performance. Evaluates and initiates improvements in the Security operating model to optimize the function. Coordinates functional excellence in Security.
