The Process Safety Program Manager builds line management understanding of safety processes and support Operation Managers, Site managers, HSE Managers and other local HSE critical leaders in creating process safety culture and capability across the organization.
Processes: Build line management understanding of process safety
Capability: Leverage HSE expertise to support
Delivery: Guide line management to deliver the Common Platform, set the culture and manage hazards
Analyzes best practices and leverages tools/learnings across all regions
Improvement: Act as a role model for compliance and commitment
Spend time engaging with employees and act as a role model for ensuring compliance with and commitment to the AkzoNobel HSE Policy, Directives, Rules & Procedures, including its risk tolerance criteria.
Strategy: Contribute to the AkzoNobel Process Safety strategy
Contribute to the development of the HSE and Process Safety strategy for design, deployment and delivery of the AkzoNobel Process Safety Policy, Directives, Rules & Procedures and Safety Common Platform.
Performs external benchmarking with, amongst others, industry peers.
