As our new FP&A Specialist, you will be the primary contact and business partner to several Group VP's responsible for a functional area (e.g. Category marketing, Innovation, Operations, etc).
You will be involved in strategic and operational decision making by performing various analyses and making recommendations. Furthermore you will be in charge of various projects that are happening within the functional areas that you support; Next to that you also support the overall B2B planning and analysis process.
You will be part of a team of analysts who will support you. The official job title is 'FP&A Manager', which points to the job level (no direct reports). You will report to the Group Financial Controller.
This position is based at our Head Office in Wormerveer (Greater Amsterdam Region).
Your main responsibilities will include:
Business Planning and Forecasting
Evaluate Performance and Initiate Corrective Actions
Ensure Organizational Effectiveness
Support investment and portfolio choices by providing relevant financial analysis / insights and mount appropriate challenge to business case proposals
Support standardization & continuous improvement in the relevant functional processes, systems & practices
Work cross functionally on new capacity / capital investments & capabilities
You are a professionally qualified accountant ACMA / ACCA (if ACA-significant industry experience) with a minimum of 6 years finance experience. Of that work experience you have 2 years of experience in a medior or senior role, preferably in the B2B Food / FMCG industry.
