Your responsibilities
A Day in the Life
You will become part of the FP&A CoE Sales Management value stream (7 FTE) and work on improvements and breakthrough innovations in planning, reporting and analytics, to support and measure the business performance and strategy. Our scope is EMEA, so you will collaborate with people in different countries and cultures.

You will become part of the FP&A CoE Sales Management value stream (7 FTE) and work on improvements and breakthrough innovations in planning, reporting and analytics, to support and measure the business performance and strategy. Our scope is EMEA, so you will collaborate with people in different countries and cultures.
The Mission
- Creating value by improving analytical capabilities and insights to support our business partners
- Enforcing standards in reporting, hierarchies and formats to allow efficiency and enable scalability
- Co-responsible for running, updating and improving our (Sales & P&L) reporting catalogue for EMEA
- You help developing and further rolling out our “Pythia” Planning and Forecasting Infrastructure to more Businesses
- Support the development of new standard reporting and analytical solutions for EMEA region (design, development, implementation)
- You will help to innovate, by implementing new BI-tools (i.e. PowerBI)
- You will judge new reporting requests on their scalability and help prioritize the various requests
- Develop, enhance and maintain relationships with other Finance-stakeholders and Business Customers
Your profile
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-5 years of work experience within finance; FP&A experience is a plus
- A Masters or bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or related studies
- An affinity with Excel; an interest in learning VBA, and PowerBI
- Project management, process management and continuous improvement skills are a plus
- Open to learn and likes to be challenged
- Good command of English language
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Seeks pleasure in working in a dynamic and continuously changing environment, working with multiple stakeholders
