FIELD SERVICE OPERATIONS TEAM LEADER Region of responsibility: BeNeLux Are you an experienced engineer passionate about technical service and developing others? If the answer to these questions is YES, grab this outstanding opportunity to join Tetra Pak now in a strategic position! Field Service Operations is responsible for execution of all field service-related activities, resource management and competence development of Service Engineers and will support planning of resources through Central Planning and Service Administration being part of Field Service Operations. You have a good understanding and solid experience of service business and products and are truly Customer oriented. You have a technical background, demonstrated strong leadership abilities and you are achievement orientated. The Field Service Operations – team leader will work in close cooperation with Customers, Field Service Operations area manager, Central Planner and sales Force with focus on customer and employee satisfaction. You will report to the Field Service Operations area manager. This position is based in either in Dordrecht or in Houten, in The Netherlands.
