On top of that, you assist the local marketing teams with the implementation of lead generation processes in a B2B context, as well as campaigns in a B2C context.
You use the existing digital channels, but you also experiment with new channels. You love growth marketing techniques and you’re always eager to test them.
You follow up on KPI’s and results and you optimize and scale or automate what is working.
Furthermore, you test and select the right digital flows and tools to realize your campaign goals.
You identify the relevant data from the consumer and you collect these data sets in CRM.
You test and learn which kind of lead nurturing brings in the best results.
You’re a self-made digital colleague with a strong interest for FMCG.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in communication and/or marketing is a plus.
You have 5 years of experience in digital performance marketing (SEO, SEA, affiliate marketing and more), a proven track-record regarding inbound marketing (lead generation, e-mail marketing, growth marketing …).
You have experience with CRM and automation tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics …
Next to that, you have an analytical mindset to continuously evaluate and adjust the campaign results, the channel effectiveness and the performance of the funnels you set up.
A solid interest in – and passion for - e-commerce marketing is part of your DNA.
You know your way around copywriting and you can find that perfect call-to-action sentence.
You combine good communication skills (Dutch, French and English) with excellent stakeholder management skills.
You’re used to working with digital agencies.
As a true team player, you’re a pleasure to work with and you take initiative.
