You come to the office in the morning, it is 07:00 and the line is open, your first call is a vet. There is a lot going on in the practice, an ongoing surgery, people calling and the practice has run out of our product. They are calling you to urgently help them out.
Customer Support at IDEXX requires the curious mind and the kinder hearted. We are an entirely customer centric company, that provides cutting edge technology (diagnostic equipment), and you play a critical part in making sure the veterinarians can continuously use this technology. You find solutions if our equipment fails, however on occasion you make sure that all customer questions and problems regarding orders, pricing, shipping and our products are best solved and answered. In this role, you ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and continuing strong customer relationships. A dynamic role, with lots of troubleshooting and challenges. Where you get to contribute to the wellbeing of pets and the reassurance of their owners.
To be successful in this role there are a couple of mandatory elements. You must be customer oriented, stress resistant and good at problem solving. You will be communicating complex technical issues to technical and non-technical users in a professional, positive, friendly and understandable manner. Hence, it would be great if you have a background in the veterinarian industry or technical sector. We require someone with (near native) English and Russian language skills. As there is a lot to learn in this position, being a quick learner is a plus.
