As Country Sales Manager for Ultrasound in the Netherlands, you will drive the Ultrasound and Digital portfolio by leading an experienced team of sales, application and service specialists. You will be supporting and driving new initiatives such as Life Cycle solutions, technology partnership and digital conversion to optimize and innovate our Ultrasound offerings. You will be managing KOLs and other relevant partners and be a key member of the Nordics Ultrasound Leadership team with potential to further grow your leadership career.
Essential Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies and operating plan to drive growth in the equipment and service sales market
- Attain sales objectives and manage the activities of first-line sales force and indirect channels of the business
- Manage key Ultrasound accounts
- Deploy resources to meet financial objectives including orders, revenue, margin and base cost control
- Cultivate and leverage long term customer relationships at executive level
- Ensure seamless collaboration with other GE Healthcare teams and businesses to provide total customer satisfaction
- Maintain and develop a culture and build the backbone for a successful sales team
- Support, build and execute a strategy and innovation imperatives such as digital transformation, solution offerings
