Your responsibilities

GE Healthcare, a leading global health technology provider has strong presence in the Netherlands. As Country Sales Manager for Ultrasound in the Netherlands you will have a unique opportunity to represent one of the leading global company in the domestic market. You will lead your team to success with the support of Nordic and European teams.
As Country Sales Manager for Ultrasound in the Netherlands, you will drive the Ultrasound and Digital portfolio by leading an experienced team of sales, application and service specialists. You will be supporting and driving new initiatives such as Life Cycle solutions, technology partnership and digital conversion to optimize and innovate our Ultrasound offerings. You will be managing KOLs and other relevant partners and be a key member of the Nordics Ultrasound Leadership team with potential to further grow your leadership career.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and operating plan to drive growth in the equipment and service sales market
  • Attain sales objectives and manage the activities of first-line sales force and indirect channels of the business
  • Manage key Ultrasound accounts
  • Deploy resources to meet financial objectives including orders, revenue, margin and base cost control
  • Cultivate and leverage long term customer relationships at executive level
  • Ensure seamless collaboration with other GE Healthcare teams and businesses to provide total customer satisfaction
  • Maintain and develop a culture and build the backbone for a successful sales team
  • Support, build and execute a strategy and innovation imperatives such as digital transformation, solution offerings

Your profile

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Healthcare technology or related field (or equivalent knowledge/experience)
  • Extensive experience of consultative sales, including strategic selling and negotiation in healthcare technology in the Dutch healthcare industry
  • Extensive experience in interfacing with both internal and external stakeholders as a part of a solution-based sales process
  • Experience in Solutions and Sales Service offerings
  • Key account management experience
  • Experience in Ultrasound or other related medical technology products
  • Strong communication skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages
  • Strong and proven influencing skills
  • Strong people leadership and supportive management skills
  • Fluent proficiency in Netherland and English
