As a major organization with a number of interacting business units (BU) we operate a complex Integrated Supply Chain (ISC), with logistics organized on a country or regional basis. Within this context, your mission in this role is to strategically coordinate, improve and optimize detailed ISC Finance structures and processes (warehouse, distribution, freight etc) for EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa).
You will be a core member of the regional EMEA ISC Finance leadership team, acting as a high level business partner to support the development of the functional strategy. You then execute via effective stakeholder and project management, establishing clear priorities and working proactively, persuasively and sensitively to ensure that we deliver on our commitments.

This is a newly created role based at our Global Center in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, although it will be possible to work remotely some of the time.
You core function is to develop and manage an efficient, accurate and timely financial reporting and planning cycle for the regional SC organizations. This requires you to align closely with local and cluster ISC controllers and other finance functional towers (Commercial Control, FP&A and Finance Operations). At all times you ensure that ISC decisions are made in line with long-term value creation objectives, and within the applicable financial and other frameworks such as corporate policy, strategic, operational, legal, social responsibility etc.
