Contract Manager (m/f/d)

ROGON Europe BV is part of the ROGON Group, one of the leading management agencies for professional football players in Europe.

To enhance our team, we are looking for a Contract Manager to join us in Maastricht as soon as possible on a full-time basis with extensive travel.

You can expect a young, performance-oriented and familiar team, an internationally oriented company, as well as varied and challenging tasks.

Your tasks in detail

You support the employees of the ROGON Group in the various countries in the acquisition and conclusion of contracts with professional and junior football players.
You manage the entire contracting process between ROGON and the players, from explaining and negotiating to organising the signing of the contract.
You are in charge of the contract management and have an overview of contracts, deadlines and payments. Archiving and contract controlling are also part of your responsibility.
You review and improve the contract management processes and develop standards together with the other departments of the company.
In cooperation with the legal department, you manage and update our contract templates.
You are also responsible for the evaluation and maintenance of statistical information on the acquisition and player portfolio of ROGON.

Your personal profile

You have a degree in sports management or business administration, a commercial training, or a degree or training with a legal focus, and ideally relevant professional experience.
You are business fluent in German and English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
You have good communication skills and enjoy working with people.
You are responsible, structured, and have an independent way of working, and a hands-on mentality.
In addition to enthusiasm for the digital lifestyle, you will also have an affinity for IT and very good MS Office skills.
You are resident in or near Maastricht or are willing to relocate to Maastricht.
You have a driving licence and are willing to travel frequently to Germany, France, UK and other European countries.
