As a Compensation & Benefits Analyst Europe you support the Global Compensation and Global Benefits Team from our Rotterdam office. The role is part of the global Total Rewards Team and reports to the Manager, Compensation & Benefits Europe. In this “Center of Excellence” role, you will support the development, implementation, communication and administration of our employee compensation & benefits across Europe.
Among the tasks and responsibilities are the following:
Market data analysis from the various European countries is an ongoing part of the job for example in using general and chemical industry competitive market data for job evaluation and pricing. We are looking for someone who can support process improvements in this area. On a more operational side the job involves documenting plans and policies and support in drafting materials for senior management and other stakeholders. In that sense communication and stakeholder management is key.

We are looking for a seasoned Compensation & Benefits analyst who is driven by the desire to evaluate, analyze and improve existing Compensation & Benefit policies within Europe. After your Bachelor / Master degree you earned your credits within a consultancy firm or in a large corporate environment. You are well at ease when you align with different stakeholders showing your strong consultative, analytical and organizational skills.The preferred candidate combines up to date knowledge of compensation and benefits laws with new insights from benchmarking in order to ensure compliancy. Furthermore, you are a strong independently operating person who is also well equipped to work in collaboration with colleagues on day to day issues and several projects.
