Communications Manager Leadership and Strategy
This role is based at our Headquarter in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and you report to the
Director of Internal Communications. The key objectives of the role are:

2: Act as a trusted communication business partner to the Executive Committee member responsible for Corporate Development
In this capacity you drive effective communication within the CCDO function (Strategy, Sustainability, Mergers & Acquisitions, Technology/Innovation and Art foundation) to support delivery of functional objectives and manage transparent and reliable communication towards in the function and to its key stakeholders outside the function.
3: Coordinating the delivery of impactful ELT meetings (three per year) including agenda and content creation, project management, ELT community management and event follow-up

You evaluate the effectiveness of our global internal channels in driving engagement of online and offline employees. In doing so you work closely work with the Communications Manager Employee Engagement and Planning & Delivery Manager to continuously improve use and effectiveness of our internal channels.
6: Actively contributing to the ongoing development of a high-performing, collaborative, and engaged Global Communications Team. This includes a proactive approach towards standardization, alignment of communication tools, capability building and measurement.
