Currently we are looking for 4 Change Managers Transaction Monitoring to join our Global KYC Delivery Tribe, location the Hague. These positions are open for medior to more senior candidates. In this position you will be part of the Transaction Monitoring Tribe.
Your role and work environment
As Change Manager, you drive ING’s changes in an effective and efficient way in order to realize ING’s strategy and it’s KYC obligations. Your focus will be on the execution of changes in the Transaction Monitoring space in order to improve ING's capabilities. The scope of Change Management covers issue analysis, solution design and solution implementation as well as the organisation and execution of Look Backs.
Your key responsibilities
You are a proactive person with a Can-Do mentality, and you are able to drive and manager large change programs in an international context. You enjoy working with multiple countries and making sure these different cultures will work together as one team; taking into account different habits, beliefs, languages and time-zones, etc.
