For our Sales department of Perfetti Van Melle Benelux BV, location Breda, we are searching for a:
Account Manager Petrol Channel (36 hours per week)
As Account Manager Petrol Channel you will champion the development of the sales strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets with high impact, consistency and sustainability. You are going to be responsible for all accounts in the Petrol Channel such as Shell, BP, Total, Lukoil and wholesalers.
- You will substantiate sales arguments and constantly seek new business opportunities for the Petrol accounts using analyses such as GFK, Nielsen & IRI. You will give effective periodic follow-up of the realization of the quantitative and qualitative distribution objectives, sales and gross margin results of your Petrol accounts;
- Developing and implementing the strategic vision for the category with the need of becoming the preferred partner for the accounts in the specific channel is going to be one of your challenges;
- Another responsibility is monitoring the budgets invested per key account and translating them into an effective plan of action to improve the productivity and the development of the key account;
- As AM Petrol you will build relationship and partnership with internal and external business partners for a clear and consistent understanding of our company’s direction, agenda and sales strategy.

Who we're looking for:
- HBO commercial of MS Degree in business
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales within FMCG
- Strong experience in negotiating with the ability to build strong powerful customer relationships
- Driven to attain revenue/performance growth goals by staying customer-focused and by building strong strategic partnerships with accounts
- Strategic mind set, seeing ahead to future possibilities and translating them into breakthrough strategies
- Strong ability to effectively communicate with others to help make decisions when issues arise, ensuring the best interests of both the client and company are met
