What we are looking for:

  • HBO-level working and thinking ability in a relevant field.
  • Proven leadership experience in logistics, administration, or supply chain environments.
  • Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to balance operational needs with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems and data-driven decision-making is necessary.
