Mirjam Aardoom - Marketing Manager

In the summer of 2008, Mirjam joined the StepStone team. She leads the marketing team in the Netherlands and controlled in between the Benelux marketing team ad interim. Before she joined Stepstone, she was employed as marketing manager at various publishers including Reed Business. Mirjam Aardoom: "Every day is different at StepStone. So much is happening in the online recruitment market therefore there is plenty to do in marketing! Whether we are working on information for candidates, the analysis of research or developing a new campaign, it stays interesting. There is also plenty of contact with colleagues from other StepStone countries, creating a continuous (international) exchange of knowledge and ideas.
