Software implementation – Be responsible for managing the successful implementation of ONZO’s software within the utility or partner, provide training, documentation and understand the KPI/KSF that the utility or partner are trying to achieve.
Technical Support – Set up and provide 1st line technical support for the utility clients, become the all important conduit between the client and ONZO’s technical experts
Customer Service – During the length of the contract provide best in class customer service driving customer satisfaction, NPS and other key metrics as well as demonstrating the value that ONZO delivers for the client
Pre-Sales Support - Support the sales team in securing new sales through contract reviews, prospect visits / calls and assessment of customer needs
Team Development – Input into the department strategy and plan as well as undertaking special projects that develop the team sufficiently to drive value for ONZO and its customers
- Demonstrable experience of working in the utility / software industry.
- Excellent presentation skills
- Proven communication skills including stakeholder management in English and Dutch.
- Results oriented, resilient under pressure and energetic.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a customer facing/ project management / delivery role
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Resident in Netherlands
